Known to most as Iby, Isbelia became part owner of Leeward Roofing after the 2025 acquisition, and is also part owner of R&D Construction and Roofing in South Florida and Tampa Bay. A Florida State theatre graduate, she served a decade on the Archimedean Schools PTO board and was recently appointed to BOMA Miami-Dade’s Board of Directors.
President and owner alongside his wife Isbelia and his brother Gilbert. A General Contractor and award-winning certified roofer with over 10 years in construction, he also owns R&D Construction and Roofing. A Florida State graduate with a Master’s in Economics from NYU, he never misses one of his two sons’ soccer games.
Part owner and General Manager, with over 20 years in customer relations. Gilbert supervises day-to-day operations — the success of each individual project and the running of the crews — and is focused on continuing Leeward’s legacy as an elite roofing company on the Treasure Coast.
Jesse brings over 20 years as an insurance and field claims professional, with extensive residential and commercial property inspection experience. He is committed to accurate, timely resolutions and to being a trustworthy partner on every roofing project.
Retired from the State of Georgia, where she helped develop the Georgia Navigator System at the Department of Transportation before building out a software development team and its protocols at the Department of Labor. Project management, training and technical writing are her craft — she thrives serving and supporting.
